1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using AutoReacher (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”).
If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
AutoReacher (“we”, “our”, “us”) may update these Terms periodically. Updates take effect immediately once published on our website. Continued use after updates means you accept the new Terms.
2. About AutoReacher
AutoReacher is a software platform that helps users automate outreach and communication on social platforms — primarily Instagram.
Core features include:
Automated and AI-assisted direct messaging
Account warm-up scheduling and management
Multi-account control
Inbox synchronization
Proxy routing (via SOAX)
Campaign analytics and performance tracking
AutoReacher is not affiliated with, endorsed, or sponsored by Instagram, Meta Platforms, or any of their subsidiaries.
3. Use at Your Own Risk
AutoReacher operates using Instagram’s private mobile API.
While this access is legal, it is unofficial and may change or be restricted at any time by Instagram.
By using AutoReacher, you agree that:
You use the Service entirely at your own risk.
AutoReacher cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation, account safety, or message delivery.
AutoReacher is not responsible for any account suspensions, bans, blocks, or shadowbans that occur as a result of automation or API usage.
You understand and accept the inherent risks of using third-party automation on social media platforms.
We provide tools — you decide how to use them.
4. Account Registration & Security
To use AutoReacher, you must create an account and connect one or more social media accounts.
You are responsible for:
Keeping your login credentials secure
Ensuring your connected accounts and proxies are legitimate and authorized
Monitoring your automation behavior to stay within acceptable limits
Proxy management is handled via SOAX and may involve IP rotation or geo-based routing for stability.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use AutoReacher for:
Spamming, harassment, or unsolicited mass messaging
Impersonation or deceptive practices
Illegal marketing or prohibited goods
Exploiting vulnerabilities or attempting to reverse-engineer the platform
Any activity that violates Instagram’s or Meta’s platform policies
We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate any user account involved in abusive or non-compliant activity.
6. Payments & Subscriptions
AutoReacher operates on a subscription basis.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
By subscribing:
You authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method until canceled.
All subscription fees are non-refundable, except in verified billing errors.
You may cancel your subscription anytime from your dashboard; service continues until the end of the current billing cycle.
We may update pricing or features with reasonable notice.
7. Service Availability
AutoReacher depends on external systems — including Instagram’s API, SOAX proxy infrastructure, and AWS Bedrock AI services.
Because of this, we cannot guarantee 100% uptime or feature stability.
We are not liable for disruptions caused by:
API restrictions or changes by Meta/Instagram
Proxy network downtime (SOAX)
AI service outages (AWS Bedrock)
General internet or third-party provider failures
We’ll always make reasonable efforts to restore service quickly.
8. AI-Generated Content
AutoReacher uses AWS Bedrock to generate message templates, responses, and outreach suggestions.
By using these features, you acknowledge that:
AI-generated content may include errors, outdated information, or unintended phrasing.
You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving any content before sending.
AutoReacher does not claim ownership over your generated content, but may process and store anonymized data for system improvement.
We make no guarantees regarding the originality, accuracy, or legal compliance of AI output.
9. Data & Privacy
AutoReacher collects and processes data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We only collect data necessary to operate and improve the Service, such as:
Connected account identifiers
Proxy session details (via SOAX)
Message metadata and analytics
AI generation inputs and outputs
AutoReacher uses encryption and secure infrastructure, but no system is completely secure.
You acknowledge that you use the Service at your own risk regarding data storage and transmission.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
AutoReacher, its owners, employees, and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
This includes — but is not limited to — account bans, loss of data, loss of revenue, or downtime.
Our total liability in any case will not exceed the total amount paid by you to AutoReacher in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time.
AutoReacher may suspend or terminate access if you:
Violate these Terms
Engage in prohibited use
Cause harm to our system, reputation, or other users
No refunds are issued for terminated accounts.
12. No Affiliation Disclaimer
AutoReacher is not affiliated with, endorsed, or sponsored by Instagram, Meta Platforms, or any of their subsidiaries.
All product names, logos, and brands are property of their respective owners.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark.
Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be settled exclusively in the courts of Copenhagen, Denmark.

15. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and AutoReacher.
